Pre-Purchase Plumbing Inspections.
The building inspector doesn't put a camera down the sewer. We do. A pre-purchase plumbing inspection checks the drains, hot water, gas and fixtures before you sign, so the plumbing surprises are priced in rather than discovered later.

What we do
- CCTV drain inspection
- Hot water, gas and fixture checks
- Written condition report
- Negotiation-ready findings

Common questions
How is this different from a building inspection?
A building inspector does not put a camera down the sewer. We look at the parts of the plumbing that actually cost money to fix: the drains, the hot water system, the gas and the fixtures. So the condition is known before you sign rather than discovered afterwards.
What do I get?
A clear account of the condition of the plumbing and anything that needs attention, in language you can use when deciding what to offer or what to ask the vendor to address.
