Common questions
I can smell gas. What now?
Do not use switches, appliances or anything that could spark. Turn the gas off at the meter if you can reach it safely, open up windows and doors, get everyone outside, and call from outside the property. Treat it as urgent rather than something to look at tomorrow.
Do I get paperwork for gas work?
Yes. Gas work is certified, and you get the compliance documentation for what was carried out. It matters for insurance and it matters when you sell.
